Problem Solving Through Programming and Play

Registration Survey:

When registering their child(ren) for the workshop, parents/guardians will fill out the form below. This will act as a survey to provide the facilitators insight into:

• the learners' prior experience and frequency of using tablets

• the learners' prior knowledge of problem solving

• any special assistance the child will need during workshop

• the learner's age and grade level

• staffing needs for workshop
